Eve Online : Player protest creates a wonderful display

When CCP (the company that makes the game) does something that the players don't want, they protest by shooting structures. In High Security space if you shoot an NPC structure, you get killed by NPCs. So the modern version of this protest is to shoot fireworks at an NPC structure because it does not flag you as a criminal. I honestly can't remember what this protest was about. Enjoy. Eve Onlin...

This fight occured on August 6, 2020. Enemy forces were trying to destroy the Faction Fortizar in the video. The fight occured on the undock. These large capital class Dreadnaughts are designed for firepower. They are meant to kill capital and super capital sized ships. Them killing each other, and quickly, makes for some great footage. Forgive me as I am a newer player. But how long does it realistically take to acquire one of the higher tier ships like this? I’m currently in a Talos and would love to one day have a ship like this

Imagine being one of the stranglers, watching your entire fleet die as the titans that just killed them start to lock on to you.

But how does that work with a titan. Can you dock it or does it stay in space when you log off? Plus if it's get attack while the pilot is offline is it protected?

Thats prenerf TTs. Before, they used to be able to shoot that aoe attack through cynos. Just watch the cyno open and 2 seconds later you're dead xD. Thank god ccp got rid of the cyno and aoe mechanic.

This reminds me of the Wing Commander movie, at the end when the enemy battlefleet is jumping into Sol system, they are coming in one at a time to the full firepower of the Terran fleet concentrated on one ship, with no ability to warn the ships behind them.

For some reason I thought Titans couldnt hit the smaller ships
Any ship can hit any other ship of any size. It's just that most of the time weapons struggle to punch down and apply damage well. However this is an area of effect superweapon specifically meant for that, so it does hit hard on smaller ships.

Well for reference. Every gret triangle icon you see is a player in a ship. Being quickly destroyed. Because they warped into a warp disruption bubble. Where two titans (the largest ship type in the game only fielded and afforded by the top ranks of player made alliance groups) were using area of effect super weapons on their landing spot

Spaceship war is the esence of eve so, yah, is not a game to you seems like. This is 100% on the market or open space is always pvp, and that is great
